Description
Sugar apples are as good on the eye as they are the palate. This beautiful and interesting looking fruit is deliciously sweet and creamy.
They take the name sugar apple as the flesh is slightly grainy (somewhat like a pear) when compared to other closely related fruits like the cheirmoya, atemoya and soursop.
The best fruits are larger with few seeds as the seeds are not eaten.
